I had a 2011 535i shortly before LCI was released I got a 2014 Mini Countryman (Probably Stupidest Decision I ever Made!) and then i got a 2013 640i GC in Havana (Brown)... I suggest you skip the Mini and go for the GC

I guess that depends.
Do you need the 5's size and practicality or not.
If yes. Get a LCI 5 maybe a 550, perhaps an X5.
While the 6 GC is a nice car it has only 4 seats, and the rear seats aren't as practical as the 5.
If you don't need the 5's practicality a 6 or a 6 GC might work, but then you could look at a 4, perhaps even an M4, or the M235i.

It all depends on the use.

I am already thinking about what I will get next, perhaps a newer M550d wagon, or an M5. Or I will go crazy and get an M4.

Recently changed 535i to Acura MDX

A sacrifice for the family for long trips. MDX is a great value for money but I really miss my BMW

Won't be a while for me as I tend to hold onto cars for about 7-8 years, but probably an M5.

Not that I'm looking at all, since I just got my 535i just over two months ago, but after spending some time in the car now, being absolutely thrilled with it , few times I caught myself thinking "uh oh, where does one go from here?" (especially since manuals aren't made anymore - sad fact for me personally).

Will be interesting to see what others have done and how they feel about "moving on".

I just got mine recently so won't be changing for at least two years. I only have to do the school run with one of the kids now so could get away with a two seater next time.

Current thinking is an Aston Martin, I know there are better sports cars out there but none are classier imo... Although I also like the new i8, it looks totally space age

I'm seriously thinking about a 435 GC. It may sound like a step backward, but it's five steps forward in the Ultimate Driving Machine category. Drive one and you may love it too. An X5 F15 buy will make up for any repercussions from downsizing.

I checked out the M4 sport today at the dealer. I love it but not willing to pay more than 900/month on monthly payment. Will shop around for a good deal since I got 10 months left.

550i in a couple of months. 535i is fine, and is fast enough, but it doesn't exactly push me back to my seat.

It would if you use "Launch Control" and "Sport+" and "Paddle Shifters"

Porsche 911 C4 or C4S. Kids will be old enough in a year or so to fit in the small rear seats when I drop them at school. PDK means my wife car drive it to work when I need the mini van. AWD means I can drive it through the winter. Always wanted one.

Another 535i

Had a 2013 535i, took a small detour over to Audi (regret it) and now I'm happily back in a 2014 535i. I thought about a 550i, but gas mileage is important to me and 535 is plenty fast for 90% of the driving I do.
