Bluetooth Audio missing?
I have taken delivery of a 2014 LCI 520d M Sport with Professional NAV. I have tried to find the tick box for Bluetooth options that allows me to stream audio from iPhone 5S.
The phone is paired and works for telephone calls but no audio, I am about to lose the will to live searching the manual and websites. Please help me, what am I doing wrong? |

Quote:
- go to Telephone - go to the screen where your phone is shown - move controller to the right - look for "Configure Phone" and select it - check "Audio" Then look for Bluetooth, Configure then select Audio the same way as above. If none of those screens are not shown then it is dealer time. |

Audio only works if you paid the extra for enhanced bluetooth, the standard pro nav does not include audio streaming, luckily my dealer mentioned this as I was ordering, £350 extra on top of Pro Nav in UK

I am not sure when it was split but possibly yes. I had the £2.5k pro nav in my E60 2009 which had it, but Pro Nav is now split and without the enhanced bluetooth does not audio stream. My dealer mentioned it in passing as I was ordering luckily for me, not right though!!

Thank Piers, I thought the enhanced option was something to do with the cradle but it seems I was wrong. I have read that it can be activated by coding, is this correct?

I believe so, although I have to admit to only reading about that on here, not sure who does it in the Uk, but would be interested to find out for other little "fixes"!
