The M sport steering wheel is a little thicker than the sports wheel. Here in Sweden it's about €300 extra over the standard wheel.

Wow €300 for a wheel!
It cost me £110 for mine (divide by 48 for monthly cost - 4 yr lease)

Swapping SE Gearknob for leather one
It is £130 as it includes the gaiter as well. Have ordered one.

Well it turned out to be £150 including VAT but only took 2 minutes to fit (it is a simple compression fit so no tools required). It feels and looks a whole lot better than the standard gear knob. I can recommend it.
