That poster is from the UK. The press release is from BMW Germany. I hope that we get the M-Sport suspension here but right the BMW NA press releases do not mention it.

I am extremely disappointed in BMW NA. It is ludicrous not to offer that Sport suspension here. I hope that both I and my CA are wrong and we get the good stuff. Unfortunately Big Brother BMW NA historically hasn't given BMW Enthusiasts good options to get the M-Sport components on the 5er. I believe that they want us to buy M5's.

You may be right about the M5 strategy; but I wonder if BMW isn't getting cold feet about sport suspensions and lowered ride height in the US, where the roads are bad and getting worse, in comparison to other countries.

I see. I guess time will tell. You may be right about the M5 theory. I just don't think they will sell enough to make up for it given the price point. However, they may attract more than enough previous Lexus owners to make up for the loss of BMW owners.

I just test drove an A6 and it seemed like a cushy American car. I drove the F10 535 and it felt just a bit more taught.

Truthfully, the F10's looks is what attracts me to it more than much else. As for driving/handling, I prefer the e92. Personally, I think the F10 has shifted too far to the luxury side of luxury sport sedan.
