Very nice

I have been so tempted to do this but dropping another g in the car right now can cause some serious problems at home

Not in my case. Maybe you had a car with the N54 engine and not the N55. There is a difference in how they both behave.

Couple of questions?
1) this exhaust is for the 535 not the M5?
2) if it the M5 exhaust no modifications needed for the M5 diffuser correct?
3) if the 535 exhaust slight modifications needed from what I've read correct?

Sorry for the questions but this is the exact setup I'm going with.

The exaust is made specifically for the 535.
My car has the M5 diffuser installed.
No mods needed.

I've read through many threads that the exhaust would have to be slightly modified to accommodate the M5 diffuser but if u didn't have to than sweet!

Great looking car.
did you get the diffuser from getbmwparts.com ? Also what part did you have to cut for it to fit? You didn't have to get the m5 bracket to hold the diffuser in place? Thanks for your help!

Thanks tommy,

I got the diffuser from getbmwparts.com.

This post will tell you what part to cut to get the right fit.

The diffuser is a direct fit to msport bumpers. No bracket required.
