Unless your roads are pretty bad, I'd step up to 20" wheels.

Yes, it's possibly to fit those widths, what size tires are you planning on?

Do you know the offsets? Need that to tell how they fit on the car.

yep, its all about the offsets. I have the same width wheels in 20" and they fit great. except I have 9" front actually. the rear is offset is 10.5" ET32. the front 9" is ET28. no rubbing. check out Willtheyfit.com and check out mine vs OEM vs your setup and see if you think you will have any issues. I am currently OEM ride height.

That's an aggressive offset.
The front outer edge of the wheel will stick out 27mm more than your OEM 18" fronts.
The rears will stick out 38mm more than your 18" OEM rears.
So especially the rears will be a problem.

What are the consequences of having them stick out?

Ah, that makes sense. I completely forgot about tire rubbing. I'm trying to figure if I could do a square 19 x 9.5 ET20 but probably can't.

But I think I saw LACSTER put 20 x 9.5 ET20 and he had no rubbing with 245/35/20 tires. Will it not work with 19"?

Just an FYI. I just bought the same wheels a month ago. In my research, I found that the 19" wheels actually cost more than the 20" wheels. So, something for you to think about.

Here is a pic of my car with 20" wheels. 30 offset in front, 40 in rear.

Based on the concavity of the front, I think it's a 9". But I'm no way an expert; I just wanted to put in my guess before he says the answer lol
