can someone help me with my problem

i have an F10 2013 530i with mileage of 21,000 KM , the issue is that the odometer was not functioning. my dealer changed 3 items to correct the faults

- CAS
- MF or FE (don't remember)
- Odometer

my problem is that the car is now reading 0 KM but the history in the dealer system is 21,000 and they cant or (doesn't know how) to increase the mileage for my car

can anybody know how to increase the mileage in the odometer and keyfob to read my old 21,000 KM value

i can get my old 3 parts from the dealer if it will help

i heard about something called CAS4 filter and R270 programmer but i dont know if this will help in my case or not?

Sounds strange, a BMW dealer should be able to help you.

Where are you based? Jeddah or Riyadh? Sorry to see that your dealers are ....

If they followed the correct protocol of ista p, then it will automatically code new speedometer.

Are you getting red dot on your speedometer (b/w current kms and kms you have done this tank)?

Also, can you confirm which one is third module?

Ask your dealer to open PUMA case and somebody from Germany will have a look at it.

PS: As soon as your car's vin is written correctly in speedometer, it will automatically pick the miles from CAS. Unless, they could not write kms from old CAS into new CAS units.
