Imperial vs. US

Is it possible to change the system's units for calculating consumption from the imperial standard to US standard? I considered forcing it by changing the correction value through the hidden menu, but I believe that would drastically underestimate the available range. Any ideas?

Thought this was linked to language settings.
English (Uk) would give you imperial units
English (Us) would give you Us units

Though on my euro car, I only have the option to select English UK, hence I believe I get the imperial units.

If you have an English US language option this should give you US units.

I'm in Thailand and setting is English UK. I've never coded anything, so before taking the leap would like to verify that adding(?) English US would do the trick.

A little late but Imperial measure is used in the US with some variations. Example, a US gallon is smaller than a UK gallon. Europe usually uses a metric measure I.e. litres.

I seem to remember an Air Canada 767 that ran out of gas (and landed in a parking lot where some kids were racing RC cars) because the crew forgot to do the conversion.....
