Holy cow! That is some Heat Sink....for the LED Lights?
Currious E92Pat, will the drivers door require some special repair techniques since it is aluminum? Also, based on the evidence of a fairly hard hit (airbags) .... how did the front drivers wheel and all that control arm assembly do? It looks as though the bumper and design of the front end took the brunt of the impact. Good luck with the repairs. |

The bumper frame took most of the hit so the control arm and all its components are fine. The wheel took a mean scratch but can be easily refinished. Thanks man, its pretty hard to fix this car up, more little components to buy |

This is a bit off spec, but I have searched online and have not found any posts with the knowledge you may have. I was replacing my steering wheel in my F10 but cannot for the life of me figure out how to release the airbag, it is different than most other BMW's. Would you be able to provide me with some quick guidance on how to get that darn steering wheel airbag off? Thank you so much for your help, how is your project coming?
