do you not want BMW themselves to do this?

Don't know anyone in London but find a Center with a Hunter wheel alignment machine. It's what BMW and most other premium manufacturers use. Then I guess you can google the Center and get some user reviews.
My local tyre shop have one, the initial check was free. Then it's £100 for adjusting the front and £10 per adjustment on the rear if required (haven't had the F10 done yet, basing this on my previous E70). It's a neat machine as they show all the specs on a screen which outlines what the manufacturers recommendations are and where your car is at before adjusting it, so you know your not being ripped off. You then get a print out after they adjust it showing the final results. |

And if you can travel to east London then Goodwin tyres have been there for 55 years and are great with what they do.
