Help with 20" tires sizes for awd F10

Hey guys, I'm finalizing a deal on a f10, and it has oem 20" wheels on the vehicle style 373. I want to change the tires and want to keep them at factory specs, and my online research is giving me different sizes for the recommended tire size. Anyone with some knowledge on this please help me out! I know the rolling diameter on awd cars need to be no more than 1%. But the different tire profiles that im finding as recommended tires sizes is throwing me off.

These are the sizes ive come across:

Front 245/40/20 rear 275/35/20

Front 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 rear

Wheels are 20x8.5 20x9

OEM staggered setup for F10 RWD and xDrive are 245/35-20 and 275/30-20!

That front tire is actually 0.9% taller than the rear.

285/30-20 has identical diameter as 245/35-20 and would have been ideal, but 285 tires are too wide for the rear 9x20" wheels.

245/40-20 front and 275/35-20 rear works as well, that is 5 Series GT tire sizes. Those tires are 3.5% taller than OEM F10 tires.

Thank you sir! Im making the switch from the e90/92 world after having owned a bunch of 3series over the past 10 years. Have a lot of new info to learn with the f10.

235/35/20 & 275/30/20 have the same rolling diameter. That's what I'll be putting on the wife's Xdrive in the spring.

I have a 2013 535i GT XDrive. I recently switched from 22" rims bc I cracked one and they're discontinued. I went down to 20". 8.5 in the front 9.5 in the back. Tires are 245/40/20and 275/35/20. I can feel it jumping or hesitating the a little slamming feeling. It wasn't doing it before. Unless my air pressure in the 22" rims was off. Then I'd fill the tire and it's fine. I'm afraid it's going to ruin the transfer case. I need help. I checked the rolling diameter and it's less than an inch. I'm not sure if I'm not understanding something correctly.

Should be fine, since that's the OEM 20" staggered setup for the 5 Series GT!

Are alla 4 tires new or at least have the same tread depth? The front 245/40 is slightly taller than the rear 275/35 from start so if the rear tires also are worn down then the difference in rolling circumference might become larger than ideal.
