So it is not possible to code LDW , i thought that you maneged to code it reading the first pages of this treath ? thank you because you are the first that givves me a straith answer on this. Others say it is possible to code it without the vibraiton motor in the steeringwheel others say it is possible but you get error messages and some say they coded it on there cars without problem. so did not knowh what to believe

Thank you i will stop searching for more readings on this subject.
My car is from 2016 but i dont have the options here below on my HBT navi pro.
- Route Magnet (What is Route Magnet ?)
- Route Simulation : I understand this you have this on a Garmin,TomTom
- Avoid Route ( not taking that route i think )
- Auto Zoom SatNav maps ( I dont think i have that eather )
Can i code these things ?

Thank you Gspannu

I wouldn’t categorically state that it can’t be coded, and as you have written some forum members are stating that they were able to make it work.
I tried but couldn’t get through; and eventually it dawned on me that without the steering vibration motor, the effort wasn’t worth it.

Other options you have mentioned can be coded.
Route Magnet: This allows you to force navigation via a particular road, almost like a waypoint without having to set separate destinations. Useful in certain situations where you want to reach your destination but go via certain road and the satnav does not route via that road.
Avoid Route: The opposite of the above. Don’t go through a certain area. Useful if you know there are permanent roadworks or closures in an area, but the satnav routes it via that road/ area.
Route simulation: Provides an overview of the route but in an animated fashion. You can choose the speed of playback so it gives an idea of the overall complexity of the route. It’s a great gimmick to show off, not much real world use - I think.
Auto Zoom: Does not work on all cars. Depends what f/w version you have, but give it a try. It might work. Once coded, you need to select the zoom level as auto for this to work - that’s what I recall.
I haven’t coded my F10 for a while, so am forgetting a few things.

Enjoy !

Enjoy !
IIRC there was an Auto Zoom on my old CIC but it was a bit unconventional because it zoomed to show the whole route so, if you navigated from Aberdeen to Penzance, it would start by showing the whole country and slowly shrink to just showing Penzance by the time you got there. It was selected by zooming the map out as far as possible to Auto, but it was a complete waste of time unless you just want the Sat Nav as an ornament.

The module is SM[6d] for driver and SM[6e] for the passenger.

EINAUSSTIEGSHILFE > Modus_FA -> Modus_FA_SLV
GENTLEMAN > nicht_aktiv -> aktiv
EAH_VERFAHRWEG_SLV_PHYS > 00,3C (00,60mm) -> Set to what you like

Essentially, if you have full electric seats - this feature allows easy exit.
After driving to a stop, you shut down the car, you open the door; and the seats move backwards (value = 3C hex= 60mm) and allow for an easier exit.

I have the Bimmer code app with expert mode which has been very good and I have coded quite a lot that's actually useful.

However I cannot work out how to fold the wing mirrors when the car is locked.

It will fold them if I hold the key fob or the comfort access on the handle for a few seconds but want it to fold them on lock.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Only way to do this is to change the delay time on the comfort close function.

Basically when you hold the lock button, it usually takes a couple of seconds to start folding, but the delay can be programmed. I have mine set to around 0.5 seconds.
