2011 F10 Reverse Camera Upgrade Options

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has successfully upgraded the factory reverse camera for a 2011 F10?

I'm thinking that it could be done with an aftermarket trunk handle camera but would need a convertor cable from the OEM to RCA. Just not sure what this connector is?

Any thoughts are appreciated

I'd be interested in this also. Wonder if it's even possible to upgrade to a higher resolution one?

I have a 2011 f10 and would also like to know if the newer model number cameras have any advances or advantages over the original oem camera and if it would be worth the money and minimal effort to change out the camera?

Thanks for taking the time to post the YouTube, but my original question was about updating the original OEM camera to one that is HD, not a retrofit, although that may help others.
