f18 535Li , upgraded to H&R spring, disadvantages?

I selected h&r to lower down my 535Li, it looks great., after 10 days running, I feel my car will move up & down more in some special roads, like waving, I hope you can understand what I am saying.
upgrade spring without changing bumper causes this problem? If yes, I think I will change it to kw v3, or bilstein.

Are you saying it's too bouncy?

Are the springs made for the F18, which I assume is heavier than the F10? If not, that would be the problem (wrong spring rate). KW V2 would be good enough for re-bound adjustment.

Yes, it's too bouncy. I am not sure it's for f10 or f18. Will check it, thank you.

Most H&Rs will have some bounce, you can try Eibach, will be better, or if you like lowered only, you can cut 3/4 turn of stock springs, you will feel almost same ride, but about 1" lower.
