So $55k is loaded up?
Look away, it would cost you $2k a month on a lease.

I have no interest in a Wrangler regardless.

The new JL is pretty quick. Base engine and base trans (3.6 V6 + 6M) is 6.1 seconds to 60 MPH.

About the same as a GTI, and faster than an F30 320i or Civic Si.

I see the new Wrangler almost outsold the Camry in April.

New vehicles are just crazy expensive these days. A new JL Wrangler in 2-door Rubicon guise with the options I would want comes out to $45,995. Hell, an MX-5 with the options I'd want comes close to 34k.

Checked out the wranglers as this thread piqued my interest.

Specced out a few of the wranglers to what might approximate what my 1er has interior wise, seemed to come out to ~50k each time, regardless of the model.

Guess I'll wait and try to find one coming off lease or something in a couple years. Totally not worth 50k IMO.
