Outside is done, now time to work on the performance! Would have never thought I was going to do it in this order, but hey, sometimes things happen that way (hit a tire coming off an 18 wheeler at 70mph and got this all done).

Vinyl used was Oracal 970ra 076 Telegrey, modeled after Lamborghini Grigio Telesto. Full color change wrap including door jambs, done by yours truly with help in my garage. I have 15 years experience working with vinyl, so while this was no small feat, it wasn't my first time going at it. Stripped the car down to removing the rear doors even to get a nice tight wrap inside the jambs.

Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Mystic Black wheels (20x9 | 20x10.5) with Continental DWS06 tires, Vorsteiner carbon fiber rear spoiler, Vorsteiner carbon fiber Challenge rear diffuser, M5 replica front bumper with fog lights, 3DDesign Japan replica carbon fiber front splitter, AC Schnitzer Lowering Springs, black / silver carbon fiber BMW emblems, chrome blue painted brake calipers. ALL of that done in the last two weeks.... Next comes the performance!

Note that in the comparison photo below, you'll see two different plates - I just received my new tags I ordered when I started working on the car last month. I wanted something different to really make it look like a completely different car, but without a doubt, these are all pics of the same car! Hope you enjoy!

Props to you Kryptos for going the hard yards to include the door jams If I ever wrapped a car and didn't do the jams then it would drive me nuts seeing the original body colour every time I opened the door to get in

Since you're also in Charlotte, I'm certain you will! I work downtown and drive all over, but good luck trying to get me to do another wrap anytime soon - I'm "retired" from this business, haha..... No, of course I'll help out any way I can, even going as far as ordering the vinyl for friends if necessary!

That's a badass color!! Where did you get the front splitter from? I have a replica m5 bumper on as well and am having a hard time finding a splitter I know will fit .

Also, how's the ride quality on those acs springs ? Do you feel every little bump in the road ?

Looking at your pictures again your car sits pretty low for ACS springs...did you cut some coils off? Car looks SICK tho!

From the OP, splitter is the 3DDesign Japan replica carbon fiber front splitter from eBay / China. Fits like a wet paper bag though, so expect lots of modification to get it to fully wrap around - we used 1/2" wood painted black underneath the entire front bumper wrapping around the edge like a skid plate to get it solid

Ride quality is great - honestly I bought the car with the springs installed already and didn't even know the car was lowered until I put the new wheels on it. I feel like it got lower with the 20's on, as if that was possible.... it closed up the wheel gap from the 19's which gives it that effect. With the 19's on, it looks hard to tell the car was even lowered. Once I was installing the vinyl, I had the car on jacks and got a picture of the springs to verify they were ACS.

Haha, nope, see above! Wheels closing up the gap make it look much lower than stock!
