I sold my first E90 330d back to the dealer (and not the one I bought it from either) back in 2007. I got a really good price for it and the deal was done really quick and hassle free.

Dealers will buy cars older cars with miles on them but because they have to be sold as a AUC they must have full BMW history and still have run flats fitted if fitted from the factory.

We mentioned that two alloys needed refurbing and they noted that when taken in. The price is what they paid.

Describe it properly and they will pay what they offer, say it is mint and then take it in with a scratch and a couple of kerbed wheels then don't act surprised when they knock £400 off their offer.

Exactly. I sold my E39 to these guys a few years ago and I was honest with the online valuation thing and so come the appointment, the price stated online was the price they offered me, which I accepted.
