Customer Satisfaction Survey
Just want to put this up here for any thoughts or comments. I just got the customer satisfaction survey and debating on my response. Long story short, Sales Adviser did a great job, dealership GM was covering for F&I rep and sold me a warranty product that is only available with CPO cars. Dealer ended up certifying the car. Just over a week later everything was taken care of and without getting into the details, it was very challenging and wasn't a smooth process which has tainted my commitment to the dealer as well as the brand. I most likely will not return to that dealer for my winter purchase.
Thoughts or comments ????

If they took care of everything, Take care of them on the survey.

The survey impacts the sales adviser more than the dealership. If he did his job don't strew him on the survey.
