2015 538xi lease deal yay or nay?
Hey guys, I'm over from F30 land and someone in my family is considering an F10 lease and I was wondering if you guys could give me some feedback on the lease they gave.
MSRP:$57700 selling:$55680 MF:155 Due at sign: $4260 (~3K Down) residual:62% mile: 10k per year 36 month lease month payment: $658 OR (no down) MSRP:$57700 selling:$55680 MF:155 Due at sign: $1805 residual:62% mile: 10k per year 36 month lease month payment: $732 I feel the money factor is a tad high, but not sure the going rates on the F10s. Thanks mates EDIT: Whoops put a 538 instead of 528 in the title..shame on me Last edited by Mojave Spirit; 09-23-2014 at 07:19 PM.. Reason: Messed up title |

The money factor, assuming you mean .00155, is a little high, but that can depend on your credit rating as well. A solution I use with my clients to fix this is multiple security deposits, which can bring down your interest rate. |

How does this deal look?
528i x drive MSRP - 60k Discounted price ~50k MF ~ 0.00125 Lease term - 39 months Miles - 10k per year At sign-in - taxes, registration, bank fees, first month payment. Tire and rim insurance- 1500 for 4 years. Excess wear and tear insurance - 700 for 4 years with 7.5k cap expense at lease turn-in. Do I even need to get the excess wear and tear insurance if I am getting the tire and trim insurance? I live in the North east where roads are not really great. This is my first time leasing a BMW and I don't know a lot about cars in general. Any inputs appreciated. Thanks. |
