5 series sedan steering wheel question

Been driving my car for couple months with 17 inch rims, and the car has felt like a basketball with those rft so then i input air pressure to factory spec. Afterwards the car was not that bouncy but felt more vibration or grinding sounds on the steering, feels like the steering is tighting and loosing ... A werid wobbling feel on the steering at low speed.
Not sure if you guys have this situation?

I have an issue when the car is at low speed, the steering wheel is vibrating.
Its quite weird, only at very low speed like making a turn when parking.
