We are extremely excited to present our F-Chassis 3" Hi-Flo™ catless downpipes! The best 3" downpipes currently on the market! In addition to an intoxicating and exotic sound, these downpipes add significant power and virtually eliminate turbo lag, making the amazing N63 engine even more responsive!

Downpipes are available with both factory style connections - slip fit, and 2 bolt flanged. Please VERIFY which version is on your car, as Real OEM is not always correct, even with the VIN number!

We do NOT grind/polish our welds as some other manufacturers do. Grinding welds compromises the strength of the weld, and can lead to weld failure! Especially critical in applications exposed to temperatures in excess of 1500°F. Such temperatures will also rapidly deteriorate the polished finish.

How is the drone with these?

Since my car ended up needing the slip on version. I wasn't able use them. I did just install and different set of Catless downpipes (slip on) and they gave the car a much deeper and aggressive tone but it didn't add drone. I think that depends a lot on your Catback setup. On stock mufflers i dont think there is any drone but If you already have drone i assume it would get amplified.

Performance wise its been my favorite modification.. The turbos spool up way faster ( You can hear this now) and the car feels much faster..

Thanks for that. I'm on stock exhausts (planning on adding a Shteigen set down the line), so I hope drone won't become an issue before then.

And CEL's? Anything to watch out for in that regard?

Yes it may trigger the CEL. These downpipes have the extended L valve on the 2nd 02 sensor which may reduce the chance of getting a CEL but it will most likely trigger it eventually. I have the JB4 which eliminates this problem and just sold my BMW CAN tool which also eliminates it.

Yes it most likely but i think some of the late production 2011 had the slip on style (What mine ended up having and also the reason i'm selling these).

You will want to confirm but its pretty simple to check because this area exposed from the bottom. Just follow the exhaust to the point where it starts to angle up towards the engine. Toward the bottom the downpipes will either slip into the bottom portion of the exhaust or be clamped on with a couple bolts. If yours are bolted on then these are the ones you need.

So my production date on my car based on this VIN decode says 2011/06 so would that mean I'm not the flange type? Cause I think the flange type was 03/2011 and before. I haven't been able to get under the car recently to find out.

Almost every online vendors for these downpipes has this in the description..

Based on that one can assume production date isn't a solid identifier. I'm pretty sure the only way to know for sure is to look.

Anything before 04/11 Prod date is Flanged style

04/11 and later is slip fit.

If you have 04/11 Prod date you may want to verify which you have. Somewhere in 04/11 BMW stopped using the flange style. I also have 04/11 Prod date and my N63 has slip fit.

No issues that I am aware of.... I sometimes run my car on Map 0 (JB4 Bypass/Stock) and the gains are still substantial. The manufacturer claims 30-40 rwhp on stock setup, I haven't dynoed my car but those numbers feel accurate to me. Even more noticeable is the increased throttle response and deeper exhaust tone.
