Mufflers from 535i to a 528i

does anyone know if the 535i muffler canisters can fit in the 528i models if the cargo tray is modified or deleted.? i know ill have to make a y pipe i just need to know if the mufflers will clear? all help is appreciated cause i want to order the mufflers from a used OEM 535i off eBay!

I'm looking for the same setup for my wife's '12 528i. Either go the standard Remus route or diy the twin can setup. I believe he put the extra resonator on because it had too much drone.

ndinh I'm just looking for a exhaust with a good sound thats deep but not raspy.
