Stock 530d is having the dual tips on the left side only but i have orderd vorsteiner diffuser which is coming for quad exhaust model, which will give an M5 look.. so the other side will be empty, so to cover up i want a working quad tips

I believe this thing that what you've been offered it is the fake quad tips. Supersprint has a real quad system. It requires a moderate modification of the rear right niche with OEM parts to place the proper muffler, not that fake twisted pipings with dummy double tips. I paid 1500 Euro plus work.

Supersprint quality is very good, the tech guys said good to work with it. Production was long like hell, I've got my wheels and carbon made and shipped overseas from CA before the 3-piece exhaust arrived from Italy.

No sound change since exhaust is not a whistle, it is to reduce bach pressure and give F10 a proper aesthetics. Power added maybe just in my mind, probably need to put a Steinbauer box to feel more power, but this is another story.
