$64K. Arctic White must be the rarest BMW color of them all. Should command a hefty premium, don't let it get away.

Nah I was just messing with ya. I think Arctic white is an MB color.

To put it in perspective, I'm getting a brand new 2013 550 through ED with Msport, SAT, Ceramic Controls, and the sunshades and I'm paying 750 over ED invoice. In other words, my 550 new is costing less than the list price of this 1 year old used 535. BMW config says the invoice for this car was $61.5 brand NEW. Considering this is a used car, that is 1 model year old, you could try to shoot for $52k.

$59k is pretty high for 2012 535xi. BMW gave $4k incentives back in July so people bought the 5 series for $8k to $12k below MSRP.

Last week, I ordered a 2013 550i with M sport, SAT, DDC, BMW App and heated seats for $350 over invoice which is about $63.5k + tax.

you can get a new 2012 (if any left) for that price or better. I'd pass

BMW has a $3,500 credit available on all remaining 2012 535's

MSRP on this car is like $65k .. i dont think I am going to give him $59k but doing national search for M Sport 535xis they seem to be going for high $50s to low $60s with around 10k miles where as this one has only 2.5k

Still what is a good price for the car? i like the color combination its in stock and i can physically see it .. i know this is not going to last .. what is a great price for an almost new car??

Price sounds high for a used car.

People were getting close to 10K off msrp on NEW 2012's just a month ago so....

My 2013 was 500 over invoice but with incentives came out to about 2K below invoice pricing.

take the MSRP, subtract 6.5% then subtract $3,500

I'd pay that, with no fees (doc fee, etc) for a *NEW* 2012. Hack off even more for a used one....

That works out to about $57k .. so i guess $55 would be a good price ?? Lets see going there TODAY!

$55K is about right, I assume the car is a demo with 2500 miles on it. If MSRP is $65000, the invoice should be around $60000. Considering its a demo, I would ask for at least $5000 off. I think there was a $3500 option credit available for the 2012 535xi, but it expired Oct 1.
