Balancing problem

I have a set of avant 310 wheels just installed. Balanced 3 times and still a vibration between 60-75. Anyone else get this?

See if you can find someone that has a Hunter RoadForce balancing machine. IF the tire/wheel can be balanced, that machine can do it. Some tires are just too far out, and can never be balanced. If it can be done, the Hunter machine can do it.
