20" Tire Sizes On A Lowered F10
My car is going to be lowered on ACS springs, I'm going to install 20" wheels, 9" in front and 10" or 10.5" in the rear. I'm old-school and like the "hunkered-down" look of a lowered car with wide tires. It seems the go-to sizes most people are running on lowered car with 20" wheels is: 245/35's in front and 285/30's in the rear. Can I run 255/35's in front and 295/30's in the rear without any rubbing? This is a daily driver so if there is a chance of rubbing with 4 people in the car or rubbing every time I make a tight turn, I'll go with the narrower tires.

245 35 20 up front with a 35 offset on a 20 x8.5. This has room to go to a 255 when I lower but the rear 285 30 20 on a 10" with a 38 offset looks dangerously close when I lower but definitely not wider tire. |
