Your exhaust sounds great! It has that nice low guttural aggressive tone.
How did you accomplish this? I'm running the Eisenmann Race Quads and am not sounding as nice as yours. Did you replace the mid section, of your exhaust system, with a straight pipe too? As a side note, I understand that some exhaust enhancements can actually inhibit performance when done without the use of a tune. For example, using a downpipe without a tune will cause performance to worsen. If I run Eisenmann Race Quads and replace the mid section of the exhaust system with a straight pipe, without a tune, will performance suffer?

Thanks fellas. I really appreciate the positive feedback. Cant wait to get the chance to meet alot of you at the meets. As for the exhaust setup, they just removed both mufflers and installed 2 straight pips with the welded quad tips. My res. and cats stayed in place. I was going to go with the Eisenmann but changed my mind because I really didnt wana do any performance mods. Just wanted the look and sound. Andy, I am not sure if replacing the mid section with a straight will cause the performance to suffer to be honest. You should definitely post that up on here so that the more experience guys can veer you in the right direction before you pull the trigger. The guys on here are awesome and know their stuff. I trust everything that most of them tell me. Thanks again everyone. See you NY guys next week!! |
