Climate Control malfunction?
I realize it is normal for the driver fan speed to control the passenger fan when the AC is set to "max" or "all". However today the driver fan was also controlling the passenger fan when it was NOT supposed to on normal.
Anyone else ever experienced this? |

"All" was renamed "sync." Sync was off, but turning fan on driver side affected passenger fan too. What I discovered is if you defeat the drivers "auto" button, (and sync is off) the drivers fan button will only operate drivers fan. Also, this unusual condition only happens after startup. Once auto is defeated, I don't think auto has any affect on splitting the fan speed and sync behaves as you'd expect. |
