Has anyone in warm areas like me where freezing temperatures are non existent ever used pure distilled water in exchange for a 50/50 coolant blend? Correction, radiator fluid additive with 100% distilled water. My radiator is not going to freeze over in SoCal and I'm understanding that radiator fluid is not a good conductor for heat transferring thus the 50/50 mix. Could I go 100% distilled water and something like redline water wetter and NOT totally ruin/rust my radiator?
