Changing options ?

Does anyone know how long we have to change options after ordering?

I know I can call the dealer but I rather hear from someone with the experience,Salesman can be lazy and just say no its to late. I ordered a 535xi about a week ago and might make a change, if its to late so be it.Thanks!

once its gone into production everything is FINAL!

I tried to add 2 options after I had gotten a production slot, but before the actual prod week(obviously), but they said it was too late to add options witohut losing your slot.
