Would these pass CA smog? I've been wanting to put one in but don't want to hassle with having to pull it out just to pass smog.

There isn't... I've been thinking of getting this and just swapping in the stock intake for the smog check. I have to do that on my Lincoln LS with the K&N Filtercharger.

Not without a CARB certificate. Their site says for off-road use only in CA... You would have to swap the intakes for the smog check.

Since you're buying from a forum member I know site sponsors can't ship some products to Cali that are illegal so this is fine. Just put the factory intake back in. I use to do that in all my cars before smog test
