My navigation system doesn’t seem as accurate as it used to be; it’s now randomly off by a couple hundred feet, either showing I’m not at a particular intersection or I’m on a road parallel to the one I’m on.

Is there anything I can do to recalibrate the system? On prior cars I recall there being a procedure that involved making a U-turn, etc.
