Anyone know the current MF and residual rate for the F10? Seems like the MF is always .00129. Can anyone confirm if that is true or just coincidence that every time I've checked for my last couple cars, that's what its been...?

Anyone have confirmed rates?

Thanks in advance.

Backing into this myself, and confirming with the calculator on here http://www.ridewithg.com, I get a residual of 64% and MF of .00073 based on current advertised lease special. Is that even possible? MF seems very low? By my research, that equates to a 1.752 APR, which seems feasible given the 1.9% financing they're also offering.. But I've always seen the base MF around .00129.

Yeah, rates are really low right now. I have a client (another OEM) that's at .00022 plus lease cash plus a 4% subvented residual. 2016 F10 production starts next week - gotta get those 2015's off the lots.

Ah. I was afraid of that. I'll be ordering so mine will be a '16. Hopefully programs are good in a couple months. I can technically wait until dec/jan if I need to in order to catch the holiday cash. I want DHP so don't think I'll find any lingering '15's to suit my needs.

Went to the dealer last week and confirmed the rate was .00128, at least the rate he was using. Not sure if that is the base rate, but that seems more normal to me. Residual rate is 64% which seems good but also not necessarily anything I shouldn't expect to see come year-end on the '16's. He was discounting the car by a little over 6% plus another 2% from the $1500 Innovations credit. Doesn't seem like much, if any, better than I can do at the end of the year with discount + holiday credits.
