LIVE Services outage (Error 148) [ Edited ]

Hi everyone,

We are aware that some customers are not receiving traffic information and other LIVE Services (you may see error 148). This is the result of a fire in Vodafone’s datacentre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Vodafone is resolving the situation. We have been told that some of the effects could last for a number of days.

The HD traffic on my TT iPhone was working like a dream an hour ago. Saved me at least 30 mins at the m5 m4 interchange.

TT DEVICES and the TT IPHONE App use the same HD traffic so my comment was relevant I believe.

Yes, to be clear, the 'waiting for GPS' signal problem related to the above 'devices', the HD traffic related to ALL TomTom devices/software that use HD traffic (but not all Geographies, only some country users affected).

All back online now, Vodafone must have found a backup site, and also TomTom has emailed everyone telling them to update their devices
