SMS Sending through iDrive

My car comes with all the options to do this but in fact I can only receive and read SMS. After calling BMW they tell me that due to regional restrictions the ability to use Nuance Dragon dictation to send SMS is disable. Does anyone knows if this code be changed by coding? Where to look for? Thanks in advance.

I tried and I couldn't. I was able to code all other options I wanted but never found the code to change to enable replies. Curious if anybody knows as well...
