10" screen swap

So I'm really tired of looking at my little 7" screen if that's what size mine is but I wanted to know if the screen itself can be a straight swap to this 10" screen which also came off a 535 or is there more components needed? Appreciate any info you guys may have!

That's a micro screen bro! I believe the dimensions are the same. Check the connections in the back so see if they are the same. Might need some coding of the pic is going to be emitted to a wider viewing area. Hit up bmw retrofit... think the banner is patrys out similar.

Id hate to pull mine out but if I have to I will. Hopefully someone can chime in?

If you are going to buy the radio and screen, you should just suck it up and get the controller too and ditch the CIC all together.

For navigation more wiring to the outside antenna is needed, check this tread http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=809788
a conversion with detailed step by step pictures and all. I believe you will also need codding on top.
