Surround View versions

Hi friends of the forum,

My 04/2014 car has this version of the surround view (I call it the shitty one) :

And this is an Image of an 2014 X5 (I call it the nice one) :

I have seen this new version in the new X4, X6 and new 7 series (maybe even the 4 series have it, i dont know). The question is does a 2015/2016 5 or 6 series comes with the shitty one or the good one? What is the criteria here?

It seems the 2 pics are different. The upper pic is at parking situation (driver parks the car) where the lower pic is self parking situation (car parks itself)

The X5 has an ICam (= front camera), the 5 series doesn't. That's the biggest difference.
