Lease offer opinions

Received a different quote from a different dealer today and was hoping some members can chime in on whether they think this is a good deal or i should continue negotiating?

Quote 1:
2015 535i X-drive
MSRP - $63,000
Sale Price - $56,700 (dealer invoice appears to be $58,600)
MF - .0013
Residual - 62%
Premium package
Cold weather package
Backup Camera
PDC
No money down and no MSD (not allowed in NY)
$576.80/month before tax (i will pay tax upfront)
39 month lease and 10k miles per year.
$3,482 due at signing (tax, acquisition fee and first month)

Quote 2:
2015 535i X-drive
MSRP - $63,875
Sale Price - $57,955 (dealer invoice appears to be $59,395)
MF - .0013
Residual - 62%
Premium package
Cold weather package
Backup Camera
PDC
Harmon Kardon
No money down and no MSD (not allowed in NY)
$595.00/month before tax (i will pay tax upfront)
39 month lease and 10k miles per year.

I want to see if i can further negotiate down to $575/month but not sure if that is even reasonable. Any thoughts?

Why prepay tax? My understanding is that if u total the car a week into the lease ur out the prepaid tax where as if U pay it monthly U only pay for the time U have it...

But isnt rolling the tax into the monthly payments essentially financing my taxes and therefore paying interest?

Any thoughts on the deal itself?

Where in NY are you? I'm close to NY, in CT abt 5 mins from the border and recently just got a 5 series. I think you can probably squeeze out a little more of a reduction. PM me and I can give you the name of the guy I used who can tell you if he can do any better on your car.

Pm'ed you. I also got a call from another dealer about a CPO 2014 535 M-Sport that i was inquiring about. Car is fully loaded with m-sport, premium, cold, dynamic suspension, and driver assistance package. They are offering me $540/month for this CPO 535 xdrive with original MSRP of $72K and 9K miles. So it's either

A) New 2015 535xi MSRP $63K for $598 per month
B) CPO 2014 535xi MSRP $72K (dealer asking $56K) for $540 per month

If you are leasing and have no plans on buying out after lease is over, I'd get the 2014 and save a couple of bucks plus get the msport.

I'm pretty sure if your willing to go out of state, like NJ. You can use MSD's but still register your vehicle in NY? Correct me if I'm wrong?

I asked the same question but it is based on where you register the car
