Dual slat kidney grills installed

I ordered a pair of gloss black dual slat kidney grills for my 535. It goes really well with the DGM2.

I searched on the forums and on YouTube on removing the old kidneys and installing the new ones. I went with the pull method because I have fairly larger hands to squeeze through the top of the bumper. It was simple, applied a equal constant pull-force method and slowly each clip came out undamaged. Then popped the new ones in! Really satisfied with the difference and aggressiveness it makes! LOL! LOVE the 2nd pic! Awesome! There's still quite a few guys who can't do the pull the *itch off method... Probably flabby or weak forearms so they go through the extra hassle of removing a million other things

I used the pull method as well but not sure I would ever do it in cold weather.

you don't even have to pull it...just grab and kinda pull at the same time with a bit of tension so it unsnaps out of place really. usually you can try on the top first than the bottom as you can hear each tab unclicking

Yep. Don't be a pussy about it. Hold firm and pull in a downward motion and viola, it pops off. Reverse it to put it back.

Looks great! Been thinking about doing this as well.

Where did you get it from?
