Lease Assumption: 2012 BMW Alpine White M Sport *Great Condition*
**UPDATED PICTURES BELOW** Hi Everyone, Our family is growing and we're looking to purchase a new home soon. My loss is YOUR GAIN! It's hard for me to let her go so soon, but I'm hoping she can find a new home soon. Location: SF Bay Area, California This car is in immaculate condition. No Accidents. No Issues. 2012 BMW 535i with M Sport Package Options: Retail/MSRP: $62,595.00 Added Excess Wear & Tear Package (Protection up to $5,000) Only 9,000 miles took delivery April 30, 2012 lease over April 30, 2015 24 months left 10,000 miles a year $62,595.00 MSRP $36,931.05 buyout at end of lease $682.13 payment before taxes Nothing out of pocket except the $500 transfer fee with BMW Financial Services Price is FIRM. Motivated to get her a new home As you can tell with my mileage, this car has barely been driven. Miles are strictly commuter miles. Car has never been raced or taken to the track. Car is basically stock and looks exactly how it left the showroom floor, immaculate! The only update I did myself are: BMW Gloss Black Grilles Tint 20% Rear/35% Front I will add more pictures as soon as possible. Please shoot me a PM if you're interested or know anyone that's interested. This a a great lease, with a great package, and a great deal. You will have to be approved by BMW Financial Services and just pay the transfer fee, and the car is all Yours. I know cousin "LACSTER" can vouch for me on this.. Just another family man, trying to do the best thing for his Family. Thanks in advance, Mark Last edited by marqueex82; 07-14-2013 at 10:30 AM.. |

We would submit the paperwork with BMW Financials and get that all approved. Then you would send a shipping company to pickup the vehicle and deliver at your door. I've done it before and its very seamless and pretty straight forward. Depending on what company you use, it can cost around $500 to $1200 or so... Car is still in GREAT Condition! |
