clicking sound coming from left side

hi, I was wondering if you guys here have a clicking sound coming from the left side tire area? this only happens when I first start up the car and leave at really low speeds. I can't tell if this is grinding or clicking but I'm pretty sure it's a clicking sound. anyone here on the forums with this problem?

Check your tyres for imbedded debris - could be a stone lodged in the tread.

Run your hands around the inner edges, but wear gloves in case it's something sharp. Alternatively use a torch (flashlight) and a mirror.

okay, will do that when I get home. you really think it's something in the tire?

Without hearing your problem, I can only offer suggestions - is the clicking only evident when the car is in motion and does the rate increase with road speed?

Based on the description, it sounds like something is in the tire. Hate to say it but the only instances where this has happened to me, has been the result of a nail or screw sticking in the tire. Check it again very thoroughly.

Clicking sound

Right now I am in germany and my car makes the same sound when i first start the car, I was told it was the fuel injectors; after a minute or so it's goes away and the car should run quietly.

This is a long shot, I nearly took my car back to the dealer because of a rattle from the paasenger door, then I realised the seat belt clip was twisted and knocking against the trim...it happens quite a lot, I just lean over and pull the clip so it's again the seat...I'd have looked a right muppet complaining about that.

Even if the seat belt is not twisted, in some particular cases will knock in to the right B pillar, but nothing important

Otherwise, the little tic-tic-tic on the left front door is very difficult to diagnosticate.
Is like the glass of the window is expanding or contracting by the cause of temperature variations or something else is pressinge over there.

...same here.

Seat belt clip, had me annoyed for weeks then I realised, bit of adjustment sorts it.

The only thing that makes me think otherwise is that you say it goes away after you drive off. The clip noise stays at all speeds until you adjust it.

I have the same sound on the passenger side coming from where my left foot rests....

when i start moving in the morning there's a (tic-tic-tic), then something mechanical adjusting then a low "pop" sound, then the doors lock, and it's over.

that's it. every morning. same exact thing in the same exact sequence.

can't say what it is.
