Looking for the right staggered measurement

I have 2 take offs that are 245/40/19 that are pretty well brand new. The only sizes that I think might work is 275/45 and 285/40 in the same tire as these are the only sizes that are available in this tire.

Should I look into one of these or would I be better off looking for a tread pattern that's similar?

Tread pattern. There's a post here somewhere about someone that got squirrely handling from different tread patterns with snow tires.
