Adaptive LED's - wow!

Just done 50 miles home in the dark, rather spirited, back roads and a dual carriageway, wow these lights are good on auto, voodoo lights for sure, the way they fit around oncoming traffic and around the car in front you are just about to overtake. just awesome

Mine were incredible. A software update rendered them inoperable and a correction to the update restored them to 80% of the original. Now they leave a much wider margin around vehicles than they used to but maybe that is deliberate. Nobody ever flashed me before, though.

I love them, seeing them in action is the only positive thing as the nights get longer! Not cheap at £1,500, but worth it in my opinion.

Martin2C a single adaptive led headlight cost £1995 excluding vat. I replaced one on my car last month. Very expensive but worth it when driving at night

I thought that I saw a list of all the ways the Fully Adaptive LEDs lights move. Does anyone still have that anywhere? I have search several forums and Google and can't find anything.

I’m not a big fan of the adaptive headlights. Was blown away when new but once the novelty wore off I wouldn’t spec them again. They worked flawlessly but the cornering lighting used to annoy me when around dark and twisty country lanes where I live. I’d still want the road ahead illuminated but they were off lighting the left or right of the bend as the steering wasn’t straight ahead. On long sweeping bend they were brilliant but where I live way out of town, straight forward non adaptive lighting works much, much better.
