Auto Clock Problem

Anyone experienced a problem with the auto clock setting? Mine is set to auto with the time zone as UTC London. However, it always defaults to UTC + 1 hour Berlin however many times I try.
My BMW dealer is baffled, never seen it before they say and have shoved it up the line to BMW UK for tech support on it.
Have I discovered a unique problem or has anyelse had the same issue?

I am not sure if your car is upto date with firmware. These glitches are usually covered in firmware updates.
