Taking out speed limiter

I got 2011 550i without the m sports package and after the bms stage 2 and down pipes and exhaust I need to get rid of this speed limiter or even figure out a way to Increase it to 155 even can anyone help me out ?

only possible for now on 2014+ cars

Still haven't verified if Dinan removes the limiter for sure or not, thinking about dishing out the money and if it doesn't, bitch and get my money back.
