Rear Diffuser

I just bought a Remus Axle Back quad tip exhaust off of eBay for my 535, well now I need a quad tip diffuser. Looking for a carbon fiber diffuser. I like the Agency Power diffuser, but I REFUSE to spend that kind of money (~$900) on a trim piece.

I see multiple styles on eBay and have a couple I like. Are there any other sites that have a selection to chose from that have realistic prices?

I have read that some fit better than others. Any specific ones I should steer clear from?

From what I posted

When it comes to eBay it's going to be a hit or miss

LOL, I completely agree, for $900 whatever it is BETTER add significant HP. That price for something that adds no performance advantage whatsoever, it is just for looks, is just silly. Granted, ebay is hit or miss, especially with those "made in china" products. However, that said, have you ever seen the fitment on Vorstiener products? I have and it's ridiculously horrible for the price.

I know it was an Ebay diffuser, I see it took you 6 hours. Well, it took a little more than 5 hrs to get a Vorsteiner lip to fit right on my buddy's old M5. It also took about a half dozen clamps, adhesives, and drilling several more bolt holes than was originally thought. So buying only from a "known" or "reputable" company does not guarantee perfect fitment. The only upside to all the work we did was that he brought a case of REALLY good IPA for us to share while e worked in my garage

You might also want to consider installing an M5 diffuser to save some cash: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=950378. This comes unpainted, so you would have to factor that into the total cost as well and it might be a wash when all is said and done.

I had also been planning on getting a Vorsteiner or DTM style CF diffuser, but decided against putting CF against the titanium silver body work. If I had a gray or black car I'd definitely get a CF Vorsteiner or DTM style diffuser. Check out Mod Bargains as well.

My 535 is titanium silver. IMO the silver and carbon works well together.

I bought the diffuser from the image I posted above off of amazon for less than $300 shipped. I couldn't get a diffuser that had the deeper fins because I have a hitch on the car and I wouldn't be able to modify one to access the receiver.

Eff me, I found that way too easily on Amazon and added it to my wish list. For that price, I might have one on my F10 sooner rather than later. Damn you!

I have to modify my plans a bit to have CF front and rear diffusers (instead of all silver) and keep just the trunk spoiler in silver.
