Alternate tires

My 2011 550i X Drive came OEM with Goodyear Eagle LS2 RFT's (245/40-19) all season. Not the ride or handling that I want. What suggestions does anyone have? In sticking with run flats/all season I like the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, but it does not come in the 19 size. Can a 255/35-19 work all the way around and should I consider summer performace tires and work on a set of winter wheels and tires when the time comes? Suggestions from anyone would be helpful,

It's a 2.6% diameter variance difference. It's not critical but not recommended.

The wider tires will suggest your car is travelling 1.5mph faster on the speedo than stock.

General Exclaim UHP is All-Season for 255/35/19 (If you must select this size)

Do you 100% need RFT's?
