F10 528i fitment question

I know you guys get these a lot but i'm getting mixed answers on my search. A local is selling some tsw nurburgring wheels and it seems to be pretty aggressive. I'm not dropped btw. 13 f10 528i

Specs:

19x9 Fronts 20mm offset 245/40/R19
19X10.5 Rears 27mm offset 275/35/ZR19

Yes, it's an aggressive fitment, but 275 might give you enough tire stretch to avoid rubbing.

275 on 10.5 will be quite stretched
