Has this happened to anyone?
Has anyone else had this problem? It is a 2011 535i.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CObbAzuWEAACjbS.jpg I will be taking it to a dealership soon. I just don't know what to expect. It only has 35k miles. Thanks! |

I had the same warning when my rear pads were worn out.
Ii think it's normal iDrive warning when your brakes are due to get serviced...unless of course something is wrong with the sensor. |

Take a look at your front wheels and look thru the wheel to see if your front pads are almost touching the rotors, it could be the wear sensor telling you the brakes are due. If the fronts pads look like they have meat on them like let's say 1/2 inch then it's prolly not the fronts pads, make sure to check all the brakes right and left, front and back. Let us know what you can see.

That seems to clearly be an ABS error. Maybe a fuse, wheel sensor, or something way more expensive. Detailed codes will be stored and should be read.
It doesn't look like a wear limit or CBS warning |
