Messages disappearing/reappearing?

I have an issue with my 2011 F10 that I can't seem to figure out. Currently I can send messages to my car from Google Maps for a destination I want to go to. The thing is, sometimes the Messages on my iDrive show all the messages I've sent, and sometimes it's blank. As if there's some component that has a glitch, that comes and goes. The dealer can't seem to replicate it, I wonder if I have some software or hardware issue. Has anyone else seen this happen on their car?

Mine has no problem and will only disappear after I deleted it from messages. How about storing the locations on your nav address book. I always do after I sent it to my car if I frequent that location.

I have functionality that is intermittent, what you're suggesting wouldn't really fix the issue.
